Get your account balance and due date in these easy steps
- Your bill is usually due on or about the same time each month.
- Bills should be paid by the date specified.
- A late payment fee is applied if there is a balance due from the previous bill.
Check account balance and due date online
- Go to Account Overview.
- Review your current account balance and the due date for your next payment. You will also see the date of your last payment.
Call our automated line for account balance
- Dial 844.795.5826.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the account about which you are calling.
- Say Bill balance when prompted.
- For account verification, provide 4-digit PIN if applicable.
