Cancel DIRECTV paperless billing

Sign into your DIRECTV account.


  1. Go to your account My Bills & Transactions.
  2. Select Auto Pay & Paperless Billing.
  3. Choose Cancel.
  4. You'll get an email confirmation of the change.


Good to know:


  • Go to My Bills & Transactions anytime to view, print, or download your bills for up to 24 bill periods.
  • Once you stop paperless billing, you'll start getting your monthly bill through U.S. mail within 1 - 2 bill periods.


Re-enroll in paperless billing

If you change your mind, you can re-enroll anytime.

  1. Sign into your DIRECTV account.
  2. Go to My Bills & Transactions.
  3. Select Auto Pay & Paperless Billing.
  4. Choose Enroll now.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete enrollment.
  6. Check your email inbox to confirm.
