Get a record of monthly charges and payments for your DIRECTV STREAM account.

DIRECTV STREAM account

  1. Go to Account Overview.
  2. Choose DIRECTV STREAM and select See charges & payments.
  3. Access My activity to view your payment history
Good to know: You can find your credit card details for your account in the My payment info tab. Also, your monthly bill date is auto assigned and can’t be changed.

Why is there a pre-authorization charge on my card?
We may place a temporary hold of up to $120 on your credit card when you order DIRECTV STREAM. But don’t worry—it’ll go away within 7 days (the exact time period depends on your bank).
